CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your session. We accept via Stripe, Revolut or bank transfer. 

Rescheduling and Cancellations

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your healing session, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of your session fee, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you. Refunds are not provided for late cancellations.

No-Shows

If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full session fee applies.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us if unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending your session, and we'll work with you to find a solution.
